- Position Overview The Teller Supervisor position is responsible for managing the daily Teller function for a branch, including compliance with policies/procedures, customer service, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Manages commercial deposits through armored services.
- Maintains teller currency level requirements and orders sufficient cash to support the teller operation.

Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to be a fair and effective supervisor.
- Participates in required in-house training sessions relating to sales, customer services, policies and procedures, compliance, product knowledge and Bank system.
- Monitors timecards and completes all required reports.
Nice to have
- Preferred, but not required:
- Five or more years banking experience and teller responsibilities preferred.
- Sales experience preferred.
Compensation
- Old Second is committed to fair and equitable pay practices.
- Variable pay: Eligible to participate in the Retail Incentive Plan.
- Completes monthly and annual performance reviews utilizing teller performance records and the quarterly Teller Bonus Program.
