The Softball head coach is a seasonal position (PT) and is responsible for the organization, administration and coaching of the Softball program, including supervising staff.

Drive college or rental vehicle for away games.
Monitor in collaboration with the athletic department, student-athletes' eligibility/ academic progress and provide support as needed.
Support and assist with retention and completion initiatives in conjunction with the athletic department and student service support staff.
Lead and Coach as a professional, mentor, and excellent representative of the values of Bucks County Community College.

Experience coaching intercollegiate (varsity), club sport, or varsity high school athletics.
Knowledge and experience coaching Women's Softball.
Knowledge of NCAA and/or USCAA or NJCAA rules and compliance.
Must be willing to drive college or rental team van.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of all required background checks and clearances.
