Responsibilities
- Actively participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans
- Deliver and document nutrition interventions in accordance with physician orders or as agreed upon in participant care plans, including but not limited to implementing specific diets and providing nutrition counseling to participants and their families
- Manage the nutrition staff, including hiring, training, overseeing, and mentoring
- The Registered Dietitian works in close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to develop and implement the WelbeHealth nutrition services program.
- In addition to delivering nutrition services, including conducting assessments and providing counseling to participants, the Registered Dietitian functions as a liaison between WelbeHealth and the food and supplement service providers, develops menus, and ensures compliance with all regulations pertaining to the kitchen and meal service delivery.
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other IDT members to create holistic nutrition plans that aren't an afterthought, but rather central to participant care planning

Requirements
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certification required

- WelbeHealth maintains required infection control and PPE standards and has requirements relevant to all team members regarding vaccinations.
Compensation
- consists of base salary plus bonus.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.
- $85,266.68 - $104,951.03 USD

- Registered Dietitian with at least two (2) years of experience directing nutrition services in a healthcare setting
