About the role
- Cabinet Peaks Medical Center is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Surgical Team! $8/HR Specialty Diff!
- The Surgical RN works in a variety of Perioperative nursing roles including Pre-op, Intra-op, and post-op.
- The RN uses both a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
Responsibilities
- Develops an individualized perioperative patient plan of care.
- Performs job duties in accordance with AORN Perioperative Job Descriptions and Competencies 2012 version.
- Documents nursing care accurately, completely and legibly.
- Collaborates effectively with other disciplines as appropriate.
- Acts as a patient advocate and maintains privacy and confidentiality of all appropriate information.
- 3) Performs all job duties of pre-op & post-op patient care.
- Ability to develop perioperative patient plan of care.
