About the role

  • BPM is seeking an experienced and client-focused Tax Manager to join our Private Client Services (PCS) team, working exclusively with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals and families.
  • This role involves managing complex tax planning and compliance for trusts, estates, partnerships, and closely held businesses, while delivering personalized service and strategic guidance.
  • The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise tax associates' assignments and manage the day-to-day delivery of tax consulting services to the client.
  • Develop and motivate tax seniors and associates by reviewing their work and providing them with counseling, leadership and career guidance.
  • Manage multiple engagements and deliver high quality products timely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • 4 or more years' experience in public accounting with an emphasis on Tax.
  • Extensive experience in researching tax issues and exposure to a variety of entities and individual tax issues.

Nice to have

  • BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field (Masters degree a plus)
