Champion KIPP TX core values and build a community of team and family members dedicated to achievement and collaborative spaces of opportunity.
Lead, coach, and develop a school leadership team of Assistant Principals of Instructions, Assistant Principal of Operations, and other leadership staff.
Hire, supervise, coach, and retain instructional, and support staff at all levels across the schools.
Partner with state-wide departments to implement financial, operations, and talent systems and processes.
Partner with KIPP TX's Academic department and Head of Schools to translate KIPP TX's academic strategy to drive towards school improvement and student academic success.
Develop staff's capacity to internalize high quality instructional materials, including grade level standards, curriculum, assessments, and lessons.
Champion emerging bilinguals, students with IEPs and 504s to receive exceptional services and supports, in compliance with state and federal regulations.
