Leads and assists with developing catering programs, executes, organizes, and oversees the execution of catering events to make a positive impact on a target audience.
This position will be expected to work closely with the culinary team to create fresh ideas within the scope of Shepherd Center's philosophy, policies, and procedures.

Maintains or changes product displays including those required for periodic events
Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
Education and Training: High school diploma required but bachelor's degree is preferred
To perform simple grasping

1 year of experience in retail sales and customer service preferred
Ability to coordinate catering operations across the department.
Proficient in interacting with catering and culinary staff to communicate information relevant to events
Lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
Must be able to bend and squat repetitive action
Reach above shoulder level repetitive action
To use right hand and left hand for repetitive action
Able to push and pull 25lbs of force maximum
