About the role

  • The Quantitative Surveyor (QS) for MEP systems ensures strict financial control over semiconductor tool hookup projects.
  • UHP, Specialty Gas & Chemical Delivery: Audit specialized Ultra-High Purity gas lines, toxic gas systems, bulk gas distribution, inert spec gas installations, gas boxes, and valve manifold boxes (VMBs).
  • Process Exhaust Networks: Audit complex networks including general, acid, solvent, and toxic exhaust systems across cleanrooms, fabs, and sub-fabs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage field walkdowns containing between 1,500 and 4,500 individual components per semiconductor tool.
  • Check against construction drawings, isometric diagrams, and 3D design models. ·
