Responsibilities
- Pull and submit invoices for military partners, including Marines and AAFES from military portals into ESKER platform.
- Manage creative assets and image requests through Frontify.

Requirements
- A valid U.S. Driver's License is required
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, account coordination, or administrative support.

Nice to have
- Conduct order follow-ups, ensure timely processing, and issue resolution for Muscle Food Preferred Qualifications Experience working with military accounts (AAFES or similar).
Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location.
Benefits
- Manage input and communication with CELH Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) for Military and Fitness channels.
- Coordinate and support product demos across Fitness, Military, and Food Service (FS) segments.
- Background in fitness, CPG, or food service industries.
- This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
