About the role

  • Minneola Healthcare Long Term Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) / Certified Medication Aides (CMAs).
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes or concerns to the nursing staff.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with patients and their families.
  • Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Medication Aide (CMA) in accordance with state regulations.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and basic patient care practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
