Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Technical, hands-on experience with Cisco meeting room and collaboration technologies.
  • Experience supporting executive-level or other high-visibility meetings and events.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with conference room AV technologies, including cameras, microphones, DSPs, and control systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms and/or Zoom Rooms environments.
  • Understanding of AV signal flow and fundamental networking concepts.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices, including captioning, audio quality, and inclusive meeting delivery.
  • CTS certification or comparable AV industry certification preferred.

Compensation

  • The AV Technician, Meeting & Events Tech Services (METS), is responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events across the enterprise, supporting approximately 400 events annually.
