- The Corporate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to leadership by aligning people strategies with business objectives.
- The HRBP will work closely with executives, managers, and employees to build a high-performing culture focused on accountability, engagement, safety, and continuous improvement.
- This role requires a hands-on HR professional who can balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day employee support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
