About the role

Stepful is expanding into new allied healthcare programs, and Surgical Technology is one of our most strategic bets.
This is a senior people manager role on a team where the work is genuinely hard and genuinely matters and will report to our Director of Operations.

Build enterprise playbooks.
Design the operational blueprints that let us run this program consistently across multiple enterprise clients - onboarding workflows, escalation protocols, quality review frameworks, outcome reporting.
These playbooks should work whether we have 3 partners or 30.
Lead and develop a team. Manage a team of operations managers and coordinators supporting the enterprise Surgical Tech program. Set clear expectations, develop your people, and build a team culture that can handle the complexity of enterprise delivery.
Demonstrated experience building playbooks or standardized operating procedures for complex, multi-stakeholder programs
Experience managing and developing a team
Own the Surgical Tech enterprise program.
As Group Operations Manager, Surgical Services, you'll own the end-to-end operational success of our enterprise Surgical Tech program.
This includes onboarding, program delivery, partner reporting, and ensuring renewal readiness.
Customer Success owns the relationship.

You are responsible for the entire program lifecycle-from the moment a health system signs up to the point their employees graduate and enter their roles.
As part of the design process, you are expected to be a thought leader in defining what education looks like in practice and helping students achieve mastery.
Learning designs the curriculum.
Strong external relationship management skills - you're comfortable in client-facing settings and can hold your own in a room with health system executives
