- POSITION SUMMARY As a key member of our Human Resources department, the People Services Specialist will provide direct support to all levels of the organization acting as a front-line management contact and partner to employees and management in areas specific to recruitment and selection, policies and procedures, employee relations, safety initiatives, and performance management and improvement programs.
