Role Overview: Aeva is looking for a Director of IT who leads from the front. This role owns IT, DevOps, and Information Security operations globally,
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive IT and infrastructure leadership, with at least 4 years at the director level or as a functional CISO
- Proven track record leading distributed, multicultural teams across time zones
Nice to have
- Experience in hardware manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus.
- CISSP or CISM a plus
Skills
- Deep hands-on expertise in network architecture, cloud infrastructure, and security engineering
- Strong communication skills, able to translate technical risk for executive and board audiences

- $227k-$307k
