Responsibilities

  • Perform routine quality audits of the pressing and finishing departments
  • Conduct and document finished goods inspections and evaluations
  • Identify, designate and document down grading of inspected material
  • The ability to identify root cause of issues during production, document issues, and follow up

Requirements

  • This position is also responsible for inspecting all incoming raw material, completing proper documentation, and inputting all required data into a computerized database.
  • Input all quality data into required computerized data system
  • Perform all required lab tests on an established basis and to established standards
  • Identify root cause of issues during production and document issues on required logs
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, stress, provide detailed work, sound reasoning, and meet required deadlines
