Responsibilities
- Own the delivery roadmap for TOC initiatives across PS, CV, and Support.
- Manage backlog and feature lifecycle for internal tooling platforms.
- Support end-to-end product launches including UAT coordination, training material preparation, change communications, and adoption tracking post-release.
- 5-7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with direct exposure to professional services, customer success, or support tooling domains.
- Demonstrated effectiveness working in a matrixed global environment with engineering, design, operations, and senior leadership stakeholders.
Requirements
- Execution & Ownership: Track record of driving product features end-to-end - from discovery to launch - with measurable outcomes and a bias for action.
- Knowledge of platforms like Salesforce Service Cloud, Gainsight, Zendesk, ServiceNow, or low-code automation tools (e.g., UnifyApps) in a product or implementation context.
Nice to have
- AI/ML Product Deployment: Experience shipping AI-powered features or workflow agents - such as LLM-based assistants, auto-classification systems, or intelligent routing - into enterprise product environments.
- Platform Familiarity: Knowledge of platforms like Salesforce Service Cloud, Gainsight, Zendesk, ServiceNow, or low-code automation tools (e.g., UnifyApps) in a product or implementation context.
- Automotive / DMS Domain: Exposure to automotive retail technology or DMS ecosystems is a plus but not required.
- Agile Delivery: Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience - running standups, sprint reviews, backlog grooming - in a fast-paced engineering-integrated team.
- MBA or equivalent management degree (PGDM accepted) from a recognized institution. required.
- Certifications in AI/ML, Product Management (e.g., Product School, AIPMM), or Agile methodologies - preferred.

- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, or similar tools for backlog management, requirements tracking, and metric reporting.

Compensation
- $154,500 - $210,000 USD
