Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and collateral research to support investment decisions.
  • Structure, execute, and manage private credit investments and monitor portfolio risk.
  • Develop and enhance analytical tools for structured real estate credit investing.
  • Partner with the Asset-Backed Finance team and other investment strategies on underwriting and portfolio management.
  • Coordinate with financing providers, third-party technology partners, and internal stakeholders to support investment activities.
  • Support client communications and marketing initiatives, as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of residential credit investment experience at an asset management firm or investment bank.
  • Demonstrated expertise in underwriting, valuation, and financial modeling.
  • Proficiency with Bloomberg, Intex, CoreLogic, and non-agency mortgage datasets.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong experience analyzing non-agency RMBS and structured credit investments.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's degree in math/science strongly preferred.
  • Base Salary Range
  • $250,000-$275,000
  • In addition to a competitive base salary, individuals will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible work arrangement. The base salary offered will be commensurate with experience and/or qualifications, industry knowledge and expertise, as well as prior training and education.

Compensation

  • $250,000-$275,000
