About the role
- Ensure such plans incorporate timetables and methods of monitoring to ensure that such deficiencies do not recur.
- may include, but not limited to, hiring, training, budgeting, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, resolving problems and terminations.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility's programs and activities inaccordance with guidelines issued by the governing board.
- Complies and develops reporting on budget projections, revenue and expenses.
- Develop and maintain written policies and procedures and professional standards of practice that governthe operation of the facility.
- Develops policies and procedures and holds direct reports accountable.
- Activity involved in community groups and developing/maintaining relationships with local hospitalleadership.

- Must possess, as a minimum, A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university, or equivalent.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in the Microsoft Suite products.

- Master's Degree or MBA preferred.
Compensation
- $120,000 - $140,000
