About the role
- Most of your event schedule will be planned for you, and as you get more comfortable in your role you'll have an opportunity to plan additional events and buying opportunities.
- This is a new business unit for SidelineSwap with lots of opportunities for growth in the years ahead.

Responsibilities
- You'll learn to run your own business unit and think like an entrepreneur.
- In addition to coordinating events, you'll learn to focus on the profitability of your territory by reviewing reports and performance metrics that drive our business results and maximize your income.
- You'll be joining a growing team of regional coordinators who you'll work with to develop and share best practices.
- Acts like an owner, and has a basic understanding of financial metrics so that you can use data to drive future business decisions.
- Delivers great customer experiences.
- Enjoys interacting in-person with customers, building relationships with partners, and motivating part-time staff.
