About the role

  • As a Senior Director of Product Management, you will be at the forefront of defining and delivering cutting-edge tools tailored for the automotive dealer's service department.

Responsibilities

  • Develop tools and dashboards that empower dealerships to measure effectiveness.
  • Leverage data to inform product enhancements and drive customer value.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and deliver seamless integration of in-store and out-of-store vehicle service capabilities.
  • Manage the backlog, requirements definition and prioritization and communicate to engineering through JIRA stories, wireframes and daily Standups.
  • Customer-Centric Design:
  • Work with leadership and dealers to develop intuitive user experiences that simplify the process and drive consumer convenience and dealer profitability.
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director of Product Management to join our Vehicle Solutions team and help lead the evolution of our Fixed Ops "Service Suite" product portfolio.
  • This solution integrates all aspects of the service department to drive customer engagement and retention through comprehensive in-store and out-of-store experiences.
  • You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to develop, enhance, and grow a product portfolio that helps dealerships achieve measurable success.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
