Responsibilities

  • Lead Finance Strategy & Prioritization
  • Partner with Finance leadership to define and execute the BU Finance strategic roadmap.
  • Establish a rigorous prioritization framework to focus on the initiatives that create the greatest business impact.
  • Drive reviews to determine where to invest, scale or simplify.
  • Create a Consistent Finance Operating Model
  • Drive simplification efforts that reduce complexity and improve scalability.
  • Enhance Business Partnership & Decision Support
  • Partner cross-functionally with Business Unit leaders, FP&A, Finance Digital Transformation and Corporate Strategy
  • Optimize for overall business outcomes.
  • Simplify complexity and create clarity.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Finance, Strategy, Consulting, Operating Effectiveness, or Business Operations experience.
  • Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives that improve clarity, consistency, scalability, and business impact.
  • Experience influencing senior executives and operating effectively in matrix organizations.

  • Required Experience
  • Experience driving operating model design, process simplification, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

  • Partnering to help create a clear Hybrid Cloud Finance strategy and operating effectiveness roadmap.

  • Standardize processes, tools, reporting, templates, and ways of working across the BU Finance organization.
  • Establish governance mechanisms that ensure consistent execution and service delivery.
  • Ensure Finance outputs are high quality, repeatable, and reflect a unified Finance organization.
  • Standardizing core Finance processes, governance, and outputs.
  • Driving measurable productivity gains through simplification, automation, and AI.
  • The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below.
  • Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level.

Compensation

  • USD 143,500 - 347,500 in Texas
  • The listed salary range reflects base salary.
