About the role

The Data Intelligence team is chartered with advancing data driven decision making across Acrisure.
You will be comfortable working across a wide variety of people including senior executive leadership, analysts, program management, and technical team members.
Here are some of the ways in which you'll achieve impact:

As a member of the Data Intelligence Team, you will be responsible for leading the requirements gathering, design, implementation and delivery of reporting and analytics capabilities for Finance and Accounting Business Functions.
Drive the development of efficient and reliable reporting and analytics capabilities with a customer-first mindset.
Design and build BI applications with embedded workflows that automate decision points and enable action directly from data - moving teams beyond passive reporting toward active, data-driven operations.

5+ years of industry experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Professional serving the finance and accounting business functions.
Strong understanding of data models, structures, theories, principles, and practices.

Empower others to grow understanding of the complexity of data by creatively scaling how teams' knowledge is shared and applied
