Responsibilities
- You will follow established inspection plans, perform incoming and outgoing quality inspections, document findings accurately, and flag issues in real time.
- Perform in-process inspections at defined checkpoints per the quality control plan
- Team on-sites where all offices come in-person to collaborate
- Strong attention to detail - you notice things others miss and you document exactly what you see
- Honest and direct - willing to flag a problem even when it creates friction with production
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality, inspection, or production role
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances
- Experience in electrical, metal fabrication, bus bars or panel assembly manufacturing
- Experience using measurement tools: digital calipers, height gauge, radial gauge etc.
