Responsibilities
- Deliver Outstanding Service and Grow Customer Relationships
- Maintain Accurate Inventory and Account Management
- Take initiative in renewing service agreements, building long-term partnerships, and contributing to continued revenue growth.
- Perform all duties with professionalism and a strong focus on workplace safety. Adhere to all driving regulations, company policies, and operational procedures while representing Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply on the road.

- In this role, you'll provide timely deliveries across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., while building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
Requirements
- Must be at least 22 years old (required for vehicle insurance eligibility)
- Must be able to comply with company appearance and dress code standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to meet all pre-employment DOT physical requirements
- Physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and transporting products to and from customer locations
- Demonstrated customer service excellence, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build lasting relationships based on trust
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred. Additional training or education in sales or business is a plus.
