About the role

Our teams take on challenging projects that keep communities safe, supply chains moving, and the country connected.
The mechanic plays a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.

Perform preventive maintenance services, including 250-hour, 500-hour, 1,000-hour, and 2,000-hour service intervals.
Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and routine maintenance tasks.
Fuel equipment and maintain accurate fuel logs.

10 years of experience repairing and maintaining diesel engines and heavy construction equipment.
Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read service manuals, schematics, and repair documentation.
Valid driver's license required.
Class B CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements may be required for some positions.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including day or night shifts when necessary.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
Safely operate service trucks and shop equipment.

Technical training in diesel technology, heavy equipment repair, or a related field.
OEM certifications (CAT, Cummins, etc.).
Welding and fabrication experience.
Construction industry experience.
