Responsibilities
- Manage governance processes within Global Procurement to drive consistency of project execution.
- Support and co-lead performance management activities, covering all performance indicators, including organizational change and reporting.
- Support on maintaining and improving the Supplier Capacity Program (short and long term analysis).
- Develop and maintain dashboards across pillars within Global Procurement (e.g., supplier performance, financial stewardship,...).
- Support Leadership and Category Managers for quarterly business reviews with suppliers, including top to top meetings.
- Support Leadership on ad-hoc requests as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Master's degree would be highly beneficial
- Minimum 4 years of work experience
- Minimum of 3 years in data analytics, handling complex dataset and ensuring data quality
- Minimum 2 years experience in project management
- Experience in performance management, by crafting frameworks, reporting, and monitoring.

- $94,000.00 - $151,800.00
- Additional Description for
Compensation
- $94,000.00 - $151,800.00
- Support Leadership Team for annual business planning, including definition of goals and strategic measures, and long-range planning.
