Responsibilities
- Create compelling and actionable visualizations and stories using Tableau to support business insights.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, uncover insights, and become a key resource for data questions and exploration.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify hidden trends, outliers, and actionable opportunities within datasets.
- Design and build aggregates and semantic layers that support high-performance reporting.
- Apply best practices for dashboard design, performance tuning, and user experience in Tableau.

- The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer supports Business Intelligence solutions that enable data-informed decision-making for assigned stakeholders.
- This role partners with internal business partners to translate business needs into dashboards, reports, and insights while ensuring data accuracy, usability, and consistency.
- The BI Developer role combines technical expertise, analytical thinking, collaboration, and a focus on continuous improvement to deliver reliable and actionable reporting solutions.
