About the role
- ePac Flexible Packaging has locations across the United States, Canada, Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Australia.
- The BDR is responsible for achieving weekly set performance targets or KPIs.
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate flexible packaging solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on leads provided by the company.
- Engage in outbound calling to initiate contact with prospects Independently identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and outbound calls/emails.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide ongoing support to clients to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
Requirements
- candidates must be within commutable distance to Schiller Park, Ill.
- Must be proficient in using software systems and other tools to streamline sales processes, track performance, and analyze data.
- Must be able to adapt to changing market conditions, overcome obstacles, and remain resilient in the face of setbacks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

- SUMMARY OF POSITION The Business Development Representative (BDR) drives our company's growth by acquiring new customers and expanding our market presence.
- This inside sales role will focus on lead generation, qualification, and conversion, working closely with our existing sales team to achieve revenue targets focused on the small sized customer segments throughout the United States.
- This role is crucial in ensuring that ePac continues to acquire new customers to expand its US market share.
