- About the Role We are seeking a high-performing recruiter with a strong sales mindset to build and scale our network of independent technicians across the U.S. This is not a traditional recruiting role. Instead of simply filling positions, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and converting experienced technicians into long-term partners within our
- network. You will work with a mix of warm inbound leads and proactive outbound sourcing, requiring confidence, persistence, and strong closing ability. The ideal candidate understands how to communicate value, handle objections, and guide professionals through a partnership decision. Responsibilities

- Manage both inbound leads and outbound sourcing activities on a daily basis Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, SMS, email, and social platforms Lead screening calls and clearly present the partnership model
