Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, coach, and develop your team
  • Create a positive, high-performing culture
  • Manage schedules, payroll, and attendance
  • Deliver exceptional food, beverage, and hospitality standards
  • Maintain inventory, ordering, and operational compliance
  • Lead by example on the floor
  • Maintain company standards across all areas of the business

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing single-unit operations in high growth hospitality and/or retail brands
  • Experience managing large hospitality teams
  • Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering

Compensation

  • $75,000-$85,000 annual salary
  • Blank Street, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role at the time of posting.
  • Our salary ranges are rooted in the desire to pay competitively relative to our organization size and industry, reflecting just one part of the total compensation package.
