Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way
  • Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
  • With this information, we will provide appropriate support to you throughout the process and into your work placement.

Requirements

  • To be successful in this role you must have,
  • Diploma or NVQ Level 3 in Childrens Residential
  • Car Driver
  • Significant experience supporting people with complex needs
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Role is not open to sponsorship

Compensation

  • Bonuses: In addition to your base salary you'll do up to 3 sleep ins per months, these are paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £2,880 per year) and Attendance allowance up to £1,400 per year, £2,000 Regional Allowance, £1,500 Responsibility Al
