Responsibilities
- Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way
- Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
- With this information, we will provide appropriate support to you throughout the process and into your work placement.
Requirements
- To be successful in this role you must have,
- Diploma or NVQ Level 3 in Childrens Residential
- Car Driver
- Significant experience supporting people with complex needs
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude

Compensation
- Bonuses: In addition to your base salary you'll do up to 3 sleep ins per months, these are paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £2,880 per year) and Attendance allowance up to £1,400 per year, £2,000 Regional Allowance, £1,500 Responsibility Al
