Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day flow of marketing projects across campaigns, events, content, and product launches
- Build and manage timelines, briefs, and workflows inside tools like Wrike or similar platforms
- Partner with creative, content, and tech teams to move projects from concept to execution
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once in a marketing or creative environment
Requirements
- Experience with project management tools like Wrike, Asana, Jira, or similar
- You can operate in a fast-paced environment without dropping the ball
Nice to have
- You've built or customized AI-powered tools, automations, or systems in a previous role
- We run a lot of initiatives at once.
- And we need someone who can bring clarity, structure, and momentum across it all.

- 11.5 paid holidays per year
