Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Enterprise Engagements
- Serve as the engagement lead for enterprise clients, applying deep industry expertise to architect tailored solutions that align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Solution Design & Implementation
- Conduct advanced analysis of client operations and data ecosystems to design scalable platform configurations that address complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with Technical Leads to produce clear, comprehensive design documentation that supports implementation and long-term platform success.
- Deliver customized training sessions to client teams, enabling confident adoption and optimization of configured solutions.
- Partner with internal teams-including Support, Customer Success, and Product-to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement across the client lifecycle.
- Design Framework Leadership
- Develop and apply scalable design frameworks that support consistency and excellence across diverse client engagements.
- Lead QA efforts to validate solution integrity, performance, and alignment with client expectations.
Requirements

Nice to have
- 5-8+ years of experience in client-facing, project-based software implementation, with a track record of leading complex enterprise engagements.
- 3-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or related financial services.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SaaS platforms and data architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
- adept at leading client workshops and internal collaboration.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
