- Why We Need You
- Under direction of the Operations Manager, Event Strategy, Sales & Operations (ESSO), this position is responsible for supporting event(s) sold & coordinated by the ESSO department. Major duties include ensuring that a client's expectations are met, adherence to the Museum's policies and standard operating procedures, as well as clear/concise event documentation post-event.

- Schedule: This position does not have a set weekly schedule or guaranteed hours.
- Shifts are assigned based on the Museum's event calendar, and candidates must be flexible and available to work a variety of days, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
