Responsibilities
- Resolve customer support requests routed your way within agreed response times
- Maintain a high standard of quality throughout all processing steps - accurate intake, clean scans, correct labeling, and careful handling to ensure every customer's mail is handled with care
- Perform quality checks before completing fulfillment tasks to catch errors before they reach the customer
- $25/hour Contractor paid on biweekly basis and is responsible for their own taxes.
