Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a Spanish brand style guide
  • Collaborate ad-hoc with English copywriters and cross-functional partners as needed
  • We partner with more than 200 of the world's biggest brands and agencies to help them solve unique marketing challenges with the best people, swiftly and at scale.

Requirements

  • You are a sharp, detail-obsessed writer who brings high standards, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine passion for creating meaningful experiences for the US Hispanic customer.
  • You've worked in environments where brand consistency and regulatory accuracy matter, and you know how to balance creative excellence with compliance requirements without losing the voice.
  • You're equally comfortable writing a clever headline as you are navigating a legally sensitive product description, and you bring the same level of care to both.
  • You are the kind of Rosie who shows up ready, earns trust quickly, and leaves every team better than you found it.
  • Consult on how to resolve required regulatory and syntax changes from Legal and Linguists
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Spanish-language communications or creative writing
  • Must have a portfolio
  • 2 years of experience at a Hispanic agency or within an in-house Hispanic marketing team

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Google's collaborative tools - Docs, Slides, and Sheets is a plus
