About the role
- We're a team of hands-on builders, engineers, and innovators reinventing how the world makes physical things.
- You will plan and run earned media for product launches, company news and executive visibility, working closely with product marketing, brand, social and leadership.

Responsibilities
- Build and run the always-on, proactive PR strategy, tied to company goals.
- Write and edit press releases, briefing documents, FAQs and Q&A prep.
- Own issues and crisis communications
- Experience running influencer and creator programs, especially with YouTube, TikTok and Instagram creators in maker, design, engineering or tech.
Nice to have
- 8+ years in PR or communications, with at least 3 years leading programs at a tech, hardware or consumer electronics company or agency.
- Strong existing relationships with tech and business journalists.
- Experience running major product launches with embargoes, review units and global timing.
- Excellent writing and editing, with a sharp sense of what makes a story.
- Comfort explaining technical products in plain language.
- Curiosity about 3D printing and manufacturing is a must
- prior experience is a plus.
- Ability to measure PR results and tie them to business goals.
Skills
- Relationships with creators and an understanding of how they work, from sponsored content and gifting to long-term ambassador partnerships.
- Familiarity with media monitoring and influencer tools.
