- Job Description Provide customer service through the delivery and/or pick-up of parts and other products.
- During peak business periods, 70-80% of the role involves driving and delivering parts across multiple delivery routes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the best in the heavy-duty industry and apply today!
- Drive assigned delivery vehicle (sprinter van or box truck) across multiple delivery routes, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries.
- Complete daily vehicle safety inspections/logs and maintain a clean delivery vehicle.
- Maintain driver logs, service records, and regulatory documentation.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness through sweeping, dusting, mopping, and trash removal.
Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions to completion.
- Ability to solve simple equations
- The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
- The ability to understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
- The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.
- The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
- The ability to quickly respond (with the hand, finger or foot) to a signal (sound, light, picture) when it appears.
- The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.
- The ability to choose quickly between two or more movements in response to two or more different signals (lights, sounds, pictures).
- Education
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
- Professional Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of general warehouse experience.
- Forklift operator certification and 1 year experience operating a forklift highly desired.
- Certifications/Licenses
- Valid drivers' license with clean driving record.
