Responsibilities
- Experience serving as a calibration partner and trusted advisor to engineering Hiring Managers

Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience at a high-growth startup or hardware/deep tech company
- Comfort working in ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Proficiency with sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and at least a few creative alternatives

Skills

- Scrappy, resourceful approach demonstrated creativity identifying and sourcing hard-to-find talent
- Strong written communication skills; your outreach converts because it's relevant, genuine, and interesting
- Comfort working in ambiguity and shifting priorities; you thrive without a rigid playbook
Compensation
- Salary $140,000
