About the role

Cisco VoIP Technician
As a Cisco VoIP Technician, you will provide consultation, design, installation, support, configuration/programming, update/upgrade, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of voice network and system components, power supply systems, peripherals, and software as required.

Install, configure and support new hardware and software infrastructure for PBX and voicemail systems (NEC Diamond and Cisco Gold).
Provide peripheral support of ancillary telephony systems, including but not limited to MTS Call Accounting, Voice Print Call Recording, AMTELCO Infinity and Intelligent Series, UM8700, and Well Communications paging.
Provide support for overhead speaker technologies.
Perform basic configuration of firewalls

Foundational knowledge of installing, configuring, and maintaining network infrastructures
Foundational ability to troubleshoot network issues
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required
Your experience with phone systems, related peripherals, common software programs and operating systems is essential to successful project completion.
You will complete proper inventory and asset recording processes prior to and during delivery and complete appropriate paperwork as required for customer acceptance.

Travel to customer locations and possess a flexible work schedule
