Perform accurate yard/shop Inventory Control:
Assist and support Fleet Telematics Specialist as needed with installation and maintenance of Tenna equipment.
Manage small tool distribution; Accountably and roll out of Tenna QR Tags on small tools.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely in a positive manner with team members.
Travel is required for this position.
Work collaboratively with Project Management and Field Operations regarding yard support functions required for current, and upcoming project needs and schedules.
At least five (5) years in concrete and heavy civil construction.
With a special focus on material ordering and invoicing.
Creative and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation.
Excellent computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals.

Job cost outbound inventory on a daily basis utilizing inventory software program.
Record inbound inventory same day materials are received at shop/yard utilizing inventory software program.
Ensure Company tools and equipment are properly maintained and repaired.
Record owned and sublet equipment repairs into Tenna for total cost of ownership and forecasting.
Communicate and discuss the condition of the fleet with the Equipment Director.
Other relevant tasks as assigned.
