Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, multi stream or multi project programs across enterprise ERP implementations
  • Own integrated delivery planning across multiple workstreams, vendors, or delivery teams
  • Drive portfolio level risk management, proactively identifying systemic risks and mitigation strategies
  • Support executive level reporting, forecasting, and delivery performance analysis
  • Manage end to end delivery of client projects, including scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers for ERP implementation and consulting engagements
  • Coordinate cross functional resources across Professional Services, Development, PMO, and Support to meet project deliverables
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), go live readiness, and post implementation transition activities

Requirements

  • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 7+ years of experience leading complex ERP programs or portfolios
  • Strong understanding of project financials, scope control, and delivery governance
  • Travel required: up to 30% across Canada and U.S.A.
  • Formation
  • Baccalauréat en administration, systèmes d'information, gestion de projets ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
  • Certification PMP ou certification équivalente en gestion de projets (atout).
  • Formation en méthodologies Agile, Scrum ou hybrides (atout).
  • Experience
  • Minimum de 7 ans d'expérience en gestion de programmes ou de portefeuilles ERP complexes.
  • Expérience démontrée dans la gestion de projets orientés client impliquant plusieurs parties prenantes.
  • Expérience en livraison de projets ERP, SaaS ou d'implantations technologiques complexes.
  • Solide compréhension de la gestion financière de projets, du contrôle de la portée et de la gouvernance de livraison.
  • Expérience dans les secteurs du commerce de détail, du commerce de gros ou de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (atout).

Nice to have

  • Experience with retail, wholesale, or supply chain ERP implementations (preferred)
  • Exposure to global or multi-client delivery environments (preferred)
  • Experience working within a PMO-driven organization (preferred)
