Responsibilities
- Implement and support project controls for turnarounds and capital projects, providing guidance to leaders and project teams on planning, cost, schedule, analytics, and risk management from project setup through close-out
- Lead project reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis, ensuring accurate and timely information that supports real-time decision-making and problem-solving
- Conduct benchmarking and data analysis using internal and external sources to identify trends, draw conclusions, and support recommendations
- Drive continuous improvement in project controls processes, systems, and procedures

Requirements
- 5 years of project controls (or equivalent) experience
- Bachelors degree in Business or Finance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, along with Power BI and other data visualization tools
- Experience with ERP and project planning systems
- Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines, and the pay band will be based on years of experience and scope of work
- Minimum Requirements:

Compensation
- $100,000 - $120,000 Annually
