About the role
- This position is responsible for providing operational services, assistance, program implementation, and coordination for one or more day-to-day Medicaid operation functions, with a focus on regulatory reporting and state compliance activities.
- Success in this role requires strong relationship management, attention to detail, project coordination, and the ability to balance multiple reporting deadlines and ad hoc requests in a highly regulated Medicaid environment.
Requirements

- Experience with changing assignments and priorities
- PC proficiency to include MS Office products
- Bachelor Degree and 1 year experience OR 5 years' experience in business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry experience
- Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills; strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback
- Health insurance or healthcare industry experience

Compensation
- The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience.
- This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
- $41,700.00 - $92,800.00
- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
