About the role
- Software Quality Assurance Manager Description - T his role is responsible for overseeing and managing the software quality assurance process within the organization or a video collaboration project.

Responsibilities
- Develops and implements a comprehensive QA strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Perform Functional and Solution Testing of Video/Collaboration Software
- Conducts functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to validate software functionality.
- Monitors and enforces adherence to established coding standards, design guidelines, and best practices.
- Prepares and maintains QA-related documentation, including test plans, test matrices, and testing reports.
- Collaborates with external vendors and partners to ensure the quality of outsourced or third-party software components.
- Ensures that proper knowledge and career development tools are in place to support ongoing team member and process development.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
