Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting
- Build ongoing relationships with a consistent patient population who genuinely appreciate your care
- Administrative and logistical support
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Active Illinois dental license
- Strong clinical judgment and chairside manner
- Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments
- 1 to 4 days per month, based on your availability
Nice to have
- Experience treating senior populations preferred
Compensation
- $900 per visit, paid as a 1099 independent contractor
- Predictable, transparent pay with no production quotas or collections-based math
