Responsibilities
- Lead change communications strategy for major enterprise deployments, designing narratives and messaging architectures that inspire adoption and alignment.
- Build trust and influence across senior stakeholders, acting as a thought partner, advisor, and driver of change.
- Map stakeholders and cascade paths, identifying champions and skeptics, and designing strategies that build trust across complex organizations.
- Develop and deliver campaigns across multiple channels (email, live events, digital platforms, executive forums) with quality and consistency that earns credibility.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to craft and deliver a narrative that moves hearts and minds.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in high growth transformation, change activation, change management and story telling
- Deep experience in change management, organizational transformation, or human capital consulting.
