About the role

- The job functions include receiving customer calls, data entry of customer's orders, and working with supervisor to communicate the most accurate information to any customer inquiries or pick-ups.

- The Customer Service Representative must possess strong customer service skills and professionalism as they will be working directly with Glaz-Tech customers over the phone and in person on a daily basis.
