- Reliability Technician ROLE SYNOPSIS The Reliability Technician is responsible for supporting safe, reliable, and efficient field operations within the Permian business unit.
Responsibilities
- unconventional gas, including shale, to deliver hydrocarbon production and technical
- Regular interaction with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, contractor personnel, and other business units to support reliability and operational priorities.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States for any employer other than your current employer.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Extensive experience in upstream, onshore oil and gas operations, with deep industry knowledge and a proven track record of operational excellence.
- Experience with work management systems such as SAP, Cygnet, Scada, Enbase, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency working with mechanical equipment and automation/instrumentation systems on upstream oil and gas facilities.
- Experience working with rotating equipment, including pumps, gas-driven compressors, electric compressors, and related production equipment.
- Experience working with contract labor crews.
- Test recipient should reach toward his/her toes on opposite side as far as possible but actual touching of toes not required
- Some travel may be required with this role, this is negotiable
Nice to have
- Technical certification or vocational training in Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Technology, Instrumentation, or related field.
- Experience supporting reliability and maintenance programs in upstream oil and gas operations.
- Knowledge of LDAR programs, emissions monitoring, and environmental compliance requirements.
- Experience conducting RCFA investigations and implementing corrective actions.
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance strategies and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Strong commitment to safety, operational excellence, and environmental stewardship.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation

- $ 95,000 - $ 112,000
- Note that the pay range listed for this position is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
